DEBBIE MARTYN NFOPP - FALMOUTH & WEST CORNWALL
Debbie joined City Sales in the summer of 2014. Based in Falmouth, she will be working with clients and selling property throughout the whole of West Cornwall. Debbie began her estate agency career around 15 years ago in Exeter, where she progressed very quickly and gained the Technical Award qualification with the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP). She ran her own successful sales and lettings agency for 6 years in Exeter, before moving to Cornwall with her husband. Debbie is passionate about providing high levels of customer service and is very excited at the prospect of working with a 21st Century Agency whose priority is to provide a top class service at a low price.

Citysales in Devon is headed by the familiar face of Simon Allen. Simon and his team sell property from their established Plymouth City Centre office with customer parking and cover all areas of Plymouth and surrounding areas including Callington to Kingsbridge and Wembury to Tavistock, and of course anywhere in between. Anybody involved in the property market, whether it is in sales, lettings, conveyancing, and surveying, would more than likely have had dealings with him over his career spanning17 years.

Paul has been in the property business since leaving school in the early 1980s. As a builder and developer he built and sold many new homes from his development sites across the region. He then focused on personal development to build a substantial portfolio of rental properties. Paul established CitySales after seeing a gap in the market for a local estate agency offering everything you would expect from a traditional high street agent, but with an emphasis on online marketing. Operating from our large, established City Centre offices means clients are offered a very competitive fee.

Jason is well known in Ivybridge and has worked in both the property and financial services sectors for over 20 years. He and his wife Julie offer a personal service to buyers and sellers in the Ivybridge and South Hams area.

Jane's career in estate agency began in 1993, moving to Plympton in 1994 as a negotiator/administrator. With 21 years industry experience, Jane was delighted to join CitySales as a sales progressor, offering a wealth of knowledge to the team and our clients. The after sales process is a key stage for both buyers and sellers and Jane ensures this runs as smoothly as possible. She is office based Tuesday - Friday.
