Yes, but only if you want us to do them and they are only available at our 0.89% fee level.  Most of our clients like to do their own and we wanted to give you the option to save even more money if you were happy to conduct your own viewings  

Only at our 0.5% fee level where we ask you for a small contribution of £199+vat upfront with the remainder on completion, all of our other packages are strictly on a no sale-no fee basis

0.89% + VAT.  That is the most we will charge, and it is based on the amount and size of advertising you require.  At this fee we escort your viewings, offer a quad size advert in 2 papers for your initial advert and display your property as a premium listing on rightmove

Absolutely not.  Our service is second to none, offering access to your local estate agent 7 days a week and not restricted to usual office opening hours, we are able to charge such low fees as our business model doesn’t involve expensive high street offices.  We just pass on those savings to you
