How does it work?

 

Firstly we ask for a deposit of £100, we will then vist your rental property take photos, write a description and upload to rightmove.co.uk and Zoopla.co.uk. Any enquiries we recieve we will pass on to you to arrange and conduct the viewings. Once we have secured a tenent we will ask for £150 from them to secure the property and we will return your £100.

 

What about the deposit, referencing, contract e.t.c? 

 

We can handle everything for you if you wish and the fees are as follows:

 

£49 - Draw up the contract 

£10 - Take and register the deposit

£15 - Prescribed information

£25 - Credit referencing per person

£25 - Guarantor per contract

£75 - Inventory
